TechWebMakers is a small group of operators, coaches, and researchers who have lived through hyper‑growth, restructures, and long stretches of remote work.
We started with one simple question
What would it look like if “people initiatives” were as practical and testable as product experiments?
TechWebMakers grew out of internal wellbeing experiments inside a fully remote team. We saw that small changes — shorter weeks, clearer focus hours, smarter hand‑offs — had an outsized effect on how people felt.
Now we help other organisations run those experiments the easy way: with pre‑built programs, facilitation, and clear measurements.
What guides our work
- Evidence over hype. We base our programs on research, not buzzwords.
- Small, compounding changes. We prefer tiny shifts that stick over one‑off events.
- Respect for time zones. Everything is designed to work async‑first.
- Psychological safety. People must feel safe before they can be honest about how they are.
